"Shandong Yuanda Innovation Co.,Ltd." was officially renamed "Shandong Sinomega Innovation Material Co.,Ltd.", and it belongs to Sinomega Group together with Sinomega House (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. The change of company’s name does not affect our company’s original rights and obligations. The assets, various contracts, agreements and other legal documents of the "Shandong Yuanda Innovation Material Co.,Ltd." are all inherited by Shandong Sinomega Innovation Material Co., Ltd.

From now on, the company's external and internal documents, materials, invoices, tax numbers, account numbers, etc. all use the new company name.
